Bhavik is a landlord himself and has let one of his properties through Nicholas Humphrey’s. He was so impressed by the excellent customer service, honesty and transparency, company ethos and business plan he decided to invest in a franchise himself.
Bhavik has moved over from the banking sector, with his experience in finance, management and property this move came as a natural progression. Bhavik aims to use his skills to help his landlords make the most from their investments and help tenants find the best living space for their needs.
Bhavik has a young family, he is married to Priti, who is a researcher in Dyslexia. His 3 daughters keep him busy but he finds some time to fulfil his hobby of playing cricket. He plays for the local village cricket team in the divisional league.
Bhavik’s vision is to provide an outstanding service, which means doing what is best for his landlords and tenants, always using a transparent and honest approach. This work ethic will make the property business an enjoyable experience for all.
