PLEASE NOTE that you will be the legal tenant and will owe rent (which must be up to date) until all steps below have been completed:
Tenant wishing to leave must send an email to admin inbox detailing your name and property address
You may wish to find a replacement tenant using spareroom.co.uk, Facebook or social network
Find a replacement tenant that is suitable to us and the rest of the group they will be living with (IE, if a student tenancy the replacement must be a student with a UK based guarantor)
Replacement tenant to contact us to provide their details, then they will be contacted to start the application process
Agree a start date for the tenancy if the tenant swap happens during the tenancy
Replacement tenant to provide documents and information to Goodlord and attend the office with right to Rent documents
Guarantor will be contacted by Goodlord to provide documents
All tenants staying on at the property and the replacement tenant will be required to sign the new tenancy agreement
Incoming tenant to pay deposit and rent as detailed in the tenancy agreement
Outgoing tenant to accept removal from the deposit registration scheme and confirm deposit return when contacted by the TDS
