Dan StrainDirector

Whilst studying in Derby (and living in a Nicholas Humphreys student house), Dan worked for the company on a part time basis from 2010. Following his successful graduation from Derby University, Dan took on the full time position of property manager at Nicholas Humphreys. Originally from Ipswich, Dan has a keen interest in the property market and is an experienced landlord. He also enjoys mountain biking and photography. Dan became Nicholas Humphreys first Franchisee in July 2012. Dan started the business himself as a field based operation, just over three years later he now runs a very busy office in Nottingham and Manchester with his business partner Jon MacDonald, employing over 15 members of staff, and letting over 500 houses every year. Dan was shortlisted for Franchisee of the year at the prestigious Negotiator Awards, and was the proud joint winner of the Nicholas Humphreys franchise of the year award 2015, and winner of the Nicholas Humphreys marketing award. Dan and Jon have a huge vision for the future of the business, with continued growth and new offices on the horizon.
