Dan StrainDirector

Whilst studying in Derby, Dan worked for the company on a part time basis. Following his successful graduation from Derby University, Dan took on the full time position of property manager at Nicholas Humphreys. Dan has fond memories of living in a Nicholas Humphreys property whilst at Derby University. Originally from Ipswich, Dan has a keen interest in the property market and is an experienced landlord. He also enjoys mountain biking and photography. Dan became Nicholas Humphreys first Franchisee in July 2012, and now runs the Nottingham and Manchester office with Jon MacDonald, letting to over 1500 students per year, living the dream!
