TENANCY DETAILS Before reserving a property ensure that you know the length of the tenancy and the payment terms

Before you move in Holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent per person, should you be offered and you accept a tenancy with our landlord, then your holding deposit will be credited to the first months' rent due under that tenancy. Holding Deposit (per tenancy) One week’s rent. This is to reserve a property.
