Hi, I’m Sam, the Sales Manager at Nicholas Humphreys Durham. Having joined the team in June 2020 as a Lettings Negotiator, I made the move into Sales in January 2022. I pride myself on having an extensive knowledge of the industry, having earned a Level 3 Award in Sales of Residential Property.  I ensure that I offer all our customers the best service possible, ensuring a smooth sales process every time. Away from work I can usually be found at the gym, attending concerts or following Sunderland AFC home and away.
