Once completing college, I joined Ford as a Mechanical Engineer and decided not to go down the University route. I’ve always been a hands-on guy that likes to be dynamic in my work life. During my time at Ford, I had the flexibility to visit various friends at their respective Universities and enjoy many nights out, however 75% of them would complain about how bad the service and communication was between themselves and landlords/agents. This started to fuel my motivation.
Whilst working, I started to purchase properties and renovate them, which I then Let out. Being a landlord myself I learnt that the relationships with tenants would have to be honest and transparent, and ensure customer satisfaction was achieved. I believe the skills and experiences I’ve had at my time with Ford and as a landlord, have equipped me, and motivated me, to provide a 5* service for both landlords and tenants.
I’ve wanted to start my own business for a while and with everything that I have learnt I felt that it had to be within the property sector. After a lot of research, I thought the Nicholas Humphreys brand was the way to go.
