From Studios up to 9 Bedroom House-Shares – we have something to suit all students and professionals looking for an individual bedroom. The majority of our house and flat shares are fully bills inclusive, this means that you do not have to worry about paying an additional bill for gas, electricity, water, TV license, Wi Fi and Council Tax, please check each property description as they will specify what bills are included.
Many of our properties across Edgbaston, Smethwick, City Centre, Lozells, Aston, Ladywood and Highgate are available to move in immediately but we do also offer flexible start dates if you are coming to the end of another tenancy in Birmingham or if you are moving into the city from elsewhere in the country.
Kitchen and Living Rooms – our sharing house kitchens are fully equipped with ovens, hobs, fridge freezers, washing machines and sometimes tumble dryers and dishwashers. Each property can be viewed in person or via FaceTime to ascertain what appliances the property has included. Many of our student and professional house shares in Birmingham have cosy homely living spaces for socialising. Some may come with an open-plan kitchen lounge, and many come with a flat screen TV to chill out with your new housemates.
Bathrooms – a fair few of our professional and student house share bedrooms do have the luxury of an en-suite shower room, normally with a shower enclosure, wash hand basin and WC. There are also bedrooms available with a shared bathroom so please check the description on the property for more information (or ask your friendly viewing agent).
Bedrooms are all fully furnished with a double or single bed as stated in the description and various storage. Many of the bedrooms also have individual lockable rooms.
